Hello, I’m the heart behind Sunflower Rays Birth Haven. As a certified doula based in Garden Valley, CA, I am passionate about providing compassionate and empowering support to families during one of life’s most transformative experiences—birth. Serving families across Garden Valley, Cameron Park, El Dorado Hills, El Dorado County, and Placer County, I am dedicated to helping you navigate pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period with confidence and joy.

My journey into birth work began from my passion to help others. This passion led me to pursue certifications from DONA International equipping me with the knowledge and skills to guide you through every stage of your birth journey. Whether you’re planning a home birth, hospital birth, or need support during postpartum recovery, I’m here to ensure your experience is as smooth and empowering as possible.

At Sunflower Rays Birth Haven, I offer:

• Birth Doula Support: Continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during labor and delivery, helping you feel calm and empowered.
• Postpartum Doula Support: Practical assistance and emotional guidance in the weeks after birth, including newborn care, breastfeeding support, and helping your family adjust to this new chapter.
• Childbirth Education (if applicable): Help and resources to prepare you for a positive and informed birth experience.
